From the multi-award winning TheatreDuo comes A Place of Knowing, which seeks to acknowledge the contemporary voices and stories of young people living in South Africa.  Five performers transform their personal accounts into a series of images, songs and monologues where they unpack and explore the complexities of the relationships we have with our parents as young people and how those relationships affect us or shape our lives.

Billy Langa and Mahlatsi Mokgonyana - or The TheatreDuo, as they are affectionately known - are an award-winning independent collaborative theatre-making team working and living in South Africa. The company has received awards and recognitions in South Africa for their work, and has performed and toured extensively in Germany, Scandinavia, Namibia.
Intutsa
Intsusa is a young independent theatre and performance collective, based in Johannesburg. The company consists of 5 black female theatre makers and performers, namely Thuto Gaasenwe, Ntumekelelo Siyephu, Anathi Conjwa, Sokuphila Mkosana and Sibulele Sabisa. The company creates works that not
only empower but inspire others to tell their stories.
